BI Reporting Analyst (Hybrid) - Orlando FL

AssistRx is a high-growth, private-equity-backed healthcare technology company that uses data to improve patient access, therapy initiation, and visibility across the healthcare ecosystem. As a Reporting Analyst, you will deliver accurate, timely, and decision-ready reporting to executive leadership, FP&A, and Operations. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, enabling executive leadership to clearly understand revenue, cost, margin, and productivity drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, FP&A, business intelligence, or analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Excel Data Model)
• Strong experience with Power BI, including building data models and dashboards from scratch
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple source systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to reconcile and validate financial and operational data
