Business Reporting Analyst (Pharma)

AssistRx is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to support the development of operational and client-facing reporting across patient support and therapy access platforms.

Requirements

• Partner with internal teams and external pharmaceutical clients to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for development teams to build reports and dashboards.
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs using Salesforce data and operational program data.
• Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage multiple reporting requests in an Agile development environment.
• Ensure documentation and requirements remain organized and accessible.
