Business Reporting Analyst (Pharma)

AssistRx is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst to support the development of operational and client-facing reporting across our patient support and therapy access platforms.

Requirements

• Gather and document reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for development teams to build reports and dashboards
• Maintain familiarity with Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships to ensure accurate reporting requirements
• Validate report outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and documentation standards
