Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Meet or exceed patient expectations by assessing needs, assigning priorities, and triaging information to the appropriate resources. Work in a collaborative environment to provide information about services and enroll new customers. Collaborate with patients, physicians, pharmacies, and other external entities to secure services.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
• Professional level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and key boarding skills
• Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
• Strong ability to multi-task and time management skills
• Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
