Manager, Software Engineering (.NET & Salesforce)

AssistRx is a leading healthcare technology company seeking a Manager, Software Engineering (.NET & Salesforce) to lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling enterprise applications across both the.NET and Salesforce ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of combined experience in Salesforce and.NET development
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams (onshore/offshore leadership preferred)
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model design, metadata management, and platform limits
• Deep experience with.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API) and Azure cloud services
• Strong foundation in Agile methodologies and delivery KPIs
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect) and Microsoft Azure certifications highly preferred
