Job Description
AssistRx is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering (Salesforce) to lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, 3+ years of leadership experience, and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years leading Salesforce engineering teams
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and metadata management
- Experience in large, multi-org Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery metrics
