NY - Human Resource Administrator

A & Associates is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The successful candidate will contribute to the accomplishment of the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and recruitment in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred or Associate degree
• Two (2) to four (4) years general business experience; human resources experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and computer skills
