Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-9 years of progressive HR experience
- Related certifications in SHRM or HRCI
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws
- Strong working knowledge of major HRIS systems
- Effective communication and delivery
- Strong understanding of employment and payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team
- Comfortable juggling high-volume work with tight deadlines
