ReliabilityFirst Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to develop and lead HR strategies to support organizational goals, manage core HR functions, and promote employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources or related degree
- 10 years of related experience and 5 years of experience leading teams
- No degree with at least 15 years of related experience/education and 5 years of experience leading teams
- Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong market awareness and insight into hiring trends
- Adept at identifying and cultivating talent
- Desirable: SHRM or PHR certification
- Experience in employment law and policy management
- Familiarity with talent and personality assessments and tools
- Experience presenting to boards and committees
