Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies and drive culture change to align the organization with its business objectives. The role will identify opportunities to improve organizational capability, develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies, and create a high-performance, sustainable organization. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the site leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the business strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in an HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) related role
- Minimum of one (1) year experience leading labor relations
