Senior Tax Analyst, VAT

Associated Energy Group, LLC (AEG Fuels) is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Global Tax team, focusing on VAT/indirect tax matters related to VAT compliance for AEG and its entities in Europe. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will provide expert advice on complex VAT returns, registration, audits, and VAT filings, ensuring compliance with UK and European taxation standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting/taxation highly preferred
• At least 5+ years of proven experience in VAT accounting
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Client service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Communication skills, capable of explaining complex VAT issues clearly and effectively
