Job Description
As a Retail Fresh Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all Fresh Departments, providing coaching and training to store managers and department leads, and conducting store visits to drive sales, gross margin, quality, and shrink improvement.
Requirements

- Partner with retailers on new item introductions, seasonal sets, and differentiated offerings
- Support store resets, remodels, and new store openings
- Utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate market and product trends, seasonal opportunities, and best practices to retailers
- Maintain regular contact with retailers between site visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver coordinated retailer support
- Document findings and recommendations from retailer visits
