Job Description
The Electronic Visit Verification Specialist is responsible for the ongoing overview and maintenance of EVV data in compliance with State and Federal regulations. The role involves supporting ongoing EVV education within the Care Center, collaborating with Scheduling, and being the onsite EVV expert for all Care Center personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of office administration experience required
- Knowledge with EVV platforms in home care setting, preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, ability to organize work and to follow through
- Ability to collaborate well across teams to accomplish a positive outcome
