
Job description
The EHS Manager is responsible for partnering with the site operations team to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies and to foster a proactive EHS culture among all team members at the facility. This position works within a team of EHS professionals, reporting to the EHS Director for Manufacturing, and is responsible for aligning site EHS activities with the company's overall EHS vision and strategy.
Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs and activities for the facility, provide technical direction and guidance to managers and all facility-level staff regarding EHS compliance, and manage site EHS KPIs and reporting metrics.
This role requires a strategic thinker with creative and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering on commitments and completing projects on time, within budget, and of high quality.
