The Manufacturing Plant EHS Manager III requires a technically skilled and culturally driven EHS Process Manager to lead critical safety and environmental initiatives within a complex, multi-site, matrixed manufacturing environment.
Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and ergonomic evaluations, ensure compliance across multiple reporting lines, and manage environmental reporting.
Ideal for a professional with 7-10 years of experience who thrives on influencing, driving continuous improvement, leading a team of multiple EHS Professionals, and embedding EHS values into operational excellence.
