Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional (MHP) to empower individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and experience working in social services. The MHP will work with a team to provide individualized treatment plans, documentation, and support services. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required
- Experience working in social services required
- Must acquire and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
