Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Elgin, IL to develop and implement individual treatment plans, provide mental health services, and work with a team of behavioral health service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience working in social services
- Ability to navigate stairs
- Valid driver's license
- First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
