The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional to develop and implement individual treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Master’s degree, experience in social services, and the ability to work independently with a team of behavioral health service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Master’s degree
• Experience working in social services
• Ability to work independently with a team of behavioral health service providers
• IM+CANS certification
• First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU’s and other relevant certifications
