Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager-Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Elgin, IL to develop and implement individual programs for clients with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges, and trauma. The CM QMHP will work with a team to ensure a positive client-centered approach and maintain professionalism and good boundaries.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Services or related field
- Some experience working in social services required
- Ability to navigate stairs
- Valid driver's license and minimum liability insurance
