Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional (MHP) to develop and implement individual treatment plans utilizing the IM+CANS to maximize clients' independent community living skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience working in social services
- Ability to navigate stairs
- No lifting restrictions
- Ability to provide services in clients' homes
- Use of personal automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum liability insurance
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
- Maintenance of IM+CANS certification
