Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Therapist Mental Health Professional BH Bilingual to provide case management and counseling services to clients with persistent mental illness. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Provide case management and counseling services to clients with persistent mental illness
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans utilizing the IM+CANS
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation
- Refer clients for community-based case management services
- Meet minimum service hours provision/billing standards
- Maintain required certifications and trainings
- Abide by AID's Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures
