The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization looking for a Therapist Qualified Mental Health Professional to provide counseling, skills training, and case management services to clients with persistent mental illness.
Requirements
- Attend scheduled work hours including evening hours
- Provide effective individual and group counseling
- Complete clinical assessments that meet the requirements of program funders and applicable administrative rules
- Provide case management services as medically necessary
- Complete required documentation on a timely basis
- Meet minimum service provision/productivity requirements
- Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings
- Maintain client files according to agency policy
- Maintain professional judgment and performance
- Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies and procedure
- Schedule and conduct treatment planning meetings as necessary
- Obtain input from consumers and other stakeholders on how to improve service provision
- Provide outcome evaluation data to supervisor
- Maintain a positive professional working relationship with agencies and other stakeholders
- Maintain a positive professional working relationship with coworkers within AID
- Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining public entitlements as necessary
- Participate in agency committees as assigned
- Participate in clinical supervision a minimum of one time per month
- Provide outreach services to clients who are unable or unwilling to engage in office-based services
