Case Manager-Recovery Support Specialist-Crisis Care Counselor position at The Association for Individual Development (AID), a non-profit organization. Requirements

• Utilize lived experience with mental health diagnosis to support clients
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and emotional support
• Manage and assess incoming Mobile Crisis referrals
• Provide in-person Mobile Crisis Response
• Collaborate with a team of service providers
• Maintain documentation required for crisis intervention services
