Case Manager -Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) - Employment Specialist In West Chicago, IL

The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager - Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) - Employment Specialist in West Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individual programs to maximize clients' independent community living skills related to employment, coordinate services to meet criteria of Milestone, SEP, and IPS, and engage in job development/networking in the community. A $1000 sign on bonus and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must obtain CESP certification after 1 year of employment
• Navigation of stairs
• Ability to move about in the work environment and to regularly visit multiple work sites within the entire service area. Driving a car is required.
• Ability to be able to assist clients in training in Labor focused positions.
• Computer skills, experience with data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Must be capable of verbal and written communication.
• Neat and professional appearance.
