Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with developmentally disabled adults. The DSP will be responsible for implementing client Individualized Strategies, documenting services provided, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The DSP may work with clients with maladaptive behaviors and require intensive care.
Requirements
- Maintaining a team approach in working with clients, staff, and outside agencies
- Implementing specific assigned programs from the Individual Plan or Implementation Strategy, and documentation per program procedures
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment, inside and out of all assigned buildings and vehicles
