Job Description
Food service Worker: COOK/WAITER/WAITRESS/CASHIER. Ensure fresh ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Greet and escort customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Follow recipes and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Monitor station inventory levels
- Accommodate guests' special requests
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
- Check customers IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
