We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our Operations leadership team in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will provide direction to hourly employees, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote positive open communication in a team environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Supervisory/Management experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays
- Great people skills, demonstrated leadership and team building
- Novice computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Serve Safe certification
