Cybersecurity Engineer (GRC Manager)

Assurity Trusted Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer (GRC Manager) with at least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity to lead GRC, security plan governance, ICT audit and evidence management, security policy ownership, and security education, training, and awareness. The role requires a strong understanding of ICT governance and security controls, experience with enterprise issue-tracking and collaboration platforms, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in a regulated or public-sector environment.
• Strong understanding of ICT governance and security controls across applications, infrastructure, and SaaS.
• Practical experience with enterprise issue-tracking and collaboration platforms.
• Strong policy writing skills.
• Experience in security awareness and training.
• Comfortable working with automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
