Job Description
The Lead Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing and overseeing all quantity surveying functions across infrastructure and building projects, including preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Material Take-offs (MTOs), and cost estimates. The role ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance throughout all project phases and supports the preparation of tender documentation and variation orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimating
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and quantity surveying software tools
- Basic working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Comprehensive understanding of contract management, budgeting, cost planning, and tendering
