Job Description
Parsons is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project costs, and collaborate with the PMC team to ensure project milestones are met within budget and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to PMC roles
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration
- Familiarity with design review processes and ability to identify cost implications
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, cost management tools)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
