Job Description
Assystem is seeking a Manager HR Business Partner to implement HR policies, processes, and programs for the West Region. The role involves operational HRBP delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and timely execution of HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have an MBA/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR function.
Requirements
- MBA/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 8 years of overall experience in the HR function
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including payroll compliance, HR Operations, Diversity and performance management
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, Regulations, and policies
