Senior EC&I Engineer

Assystem is seeking a Senior EC&I Engineer to support and lead engineering activities across a diverse portfolio of Defence work packages. The role requires a highly capable engineer with experience in EC&I engineering, strong technical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering
• Minimum of three years' experience at Engineer grade or in an equivalent role
• Membership of a relevant institution (IET, IMC) and working towards Chartered status
• Strong experience delivering EC&I engineering in detailed design environments
• Proven ability to independently develop EC&I technical solutions meeting client and regulatory requirements
• Experience supervising others, providing technical oversight and leading small engineering teams
• Ability to check and review engineering work produced by others
• Strong communication skills, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
