Job Description
Astellas Pharma is seeking a Biopharma Manufacturing Associate or Senior Associate to work at the Toyama Technical Center. The role involves GMP-related duties, auxiliary duties, and environmental improvement practices for the production of antibody pharmaceuticals.
Requirements
- Experience in GMP manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to create reports in Japanese
- Comfort with English documents
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to follow rules and procedures
- Experience in handling deviations and change management
- Good communication skills
- Experience in challenging tasks
- Experience in manufacturing antibody raw materials
- Experience in transfer and application of manufacturing methods from other companies or sites
- Experience in responding to regulatory agency inspections
- Experience in developing manufacturing processes for antibody raw materials
