Job Description
We are looking for human resources who can challenge traditional thinking and take on new challenges in drug manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. We aim to bring new drugs to patients as soon as possible by collaborating with the Research and Development Department to establish a manufacturing method that ensures the safety and efficacy of drugs.
Requirements
- GMP manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience
- Ability to create reports in Japanese
- No resistance to English documents
- Ability to work with a computer
- Ability to comply with rules and procedures, understand and practice GMP spirit
- Experience in leading deviation responses and change management as the main responsible person
- Ability to maintain good communication with colleagues, superiors, and stakeholders as a team member
