Requirements

• BA/BS Degree
• Current or previous experience from a Sponsor company/Pharmaceutical industry
• Seasoned experience in executing global drug development programs and trials
• Extensive site monitoring experience
• Proven experience in direct people management
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues in Clinical Operations and cross-functionally
• Extensive expertise in risk-based monitoring strategies and strong knowledge of ICH/ GCP guidelines and multinational clinical trial regulations
• Fluency in English
• Moderate (~30%) travel required within Europe
