Senior Test Engineer

Role Overview

The Sr. Test Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for driving test strategy, design, development, and continuous improvement of electronic product testing within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all electronic assemblies and finished products meet quality, reliability, and customer requirements through robust test systems, processes, and methodologies.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and validate automated and manual test systems for electronic assemblies and finished products. Provide technical leadership in solving complex test and product-related issues on the production floor. Analyze test data, identify failure trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in electronic testing within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong time management skills to simultaneously manage multiple projects
• Participative management in problem solving
• Programming languages: Python,.NET, LabVIEW
• Test Sequencers: TestStand, Test Exec
• Experience in Electronic circuit design and circuit debugging
• Prior engineering experience in automotive / manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage projects in a team environment
• Strong initiative to complete project tasks on-time and in-budget
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
