Job Description
AstenJohnson is seeking a Site Controller for its Hampton, NH location. The Site Controller will oversee all plant-level financial activities, including gross margin analysis, financial reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing environments—nonwovens or textiles experience a plus.
- Solid background in cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or similar); experience with manufacturing modules is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial insights into operational actions.
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
