Laars Heating Systems is a global leader in the boiler and water heater industry. We are seeking an experienced Controller to supervise a team of professionals and administrative staff in financial management for the company and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Manage the company’s financial plans and policies.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare internal financial reports and assist in analyzing variances between actual results and budgeted and forecasted figures.
• Maintain all fiscal records.
• Determine manufacturing material costs and estimates.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team who performs the Accounting and Payroll tasks and prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the work schedules and targets are met.
