Job Description
Northwood is seeking a Controller to serve as the financial backbone of their organization, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. This role involves designing and implementing financial systems, driving forecasting and planning, providing executive-level insights, and ensuring core accounting operations are accurate and timely. The Controller will also be key in building the finance team and shaping a company-wide culture around thoughtful spending.
