Principal Validation Engineer

Astera Labs is seeking a Principal Validation Engineer to lead the end-to-end post-silicon validation and characterization effort. The successful candidate will own the development and execution of comprehensive validation plans, design and implement test methodologies, and drive hands-on lab work to verify silicon against specification and performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in mixed-signal design and high-speed lab experience
• Hands-on experience debugging retimers and understanding NRZ/PAM4 architectures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
