The Lab Networking Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting enterprise lab network infrastructure across multiple lab sites in the Bay Area, including hardware installation, cabling, equipment relocation, and on-site troubleshooting. The technician will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and act as the on-site point of contact for lab users needing networking or infrastructure support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2β5 years of hands-on experience in networking, infrastructure, or lab support roles
- Proven ability to follow documented procedures and adapt to new assignments with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills β ability to work directly with engineers and respond to urgent needs
