Field Service Engineer I/II (San Francisco Bay Area)

Field Service Engineer responsible for supporting robotic systems, performing preventative maintenance, and communicating with customers. Primary focus on supporting Clear Labs headquarters and customer sites around the West Coast region. Excellent technical and communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Hands-on field service experience in biotech/life science/robotics field(s)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Current or previous expertise with servicing Hamilton liquid handlers
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
