The Senior HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Development plays a key role in supporting the organization through strategic and hands-on human resources support, focusing on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leadership.
