Job Description
Astrome Technologies is seeking a dynamic Lead RTL Design Engineer to guide the development of their wireless baseband architecture. This role involves defining and implementing RTL designs, leading engineering teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to design methodologies. The company focuses on 5G ready wireless systems for both rural and urban areas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in RTL design and verification
- In-depth expertise in digital design principles, RTL design, and FPGA development flows
- Advanced proficiency in HDLs (SystemVerilog/Verilog)
- Strong experience designing IPs using AXI4, AXI4 Lite, and AXI4 Stream Protocols
- Comprehensive understanding of Xilinx FPGA architectures and Vivado
- Solid knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques
- Experience in OFDM baseband processing
- Proven ability to innovate and research new technologies
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience managing projects and timelines
