Job Description
Director of Marketing Operations to own the systems, data, and processes that power Astronomer's marketing engine, and to partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to turn data into decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations
- Strong command of Marketo (or equivalent MAP) and Salesforce
- Comfort with deep data analysis
- Track record of building or significantly improving marketing operations at a growth-stage company
- Experience managing people and a genuine interest in developing talent
