Orlando Onsite Technical Support & Sales Representative

Asurion is hiring a Technical Support & Sales Representative in Orlando. The role involves troubleshooting customer concerns, selling Asurion smart home and other products, and working in a call center environment. The position offers a base pay of $20/hour, with the potential to earn up to $32/hour through the Pay Per Experience (PPX) model. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
• Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
• Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
