
Job description
The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement subscriber retention strategies, including sales-driving behaviors and customer retention efforts. They will analyze key performance indicators and inform the development of incentive programs to reinforce desired behaviors.
Develop tactical plans, creative content, and trainings to support subscriber retention initiatives. Lead process improvement for sales and subscriber retention strategy and projects, including cost/benefit analysis and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal organizations.
