Manager, Trade Compliance

The Manager of Trade Compliance will contribute to building At Home's Global Trade Compliance program from the ground up, handling operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives, and supporting US operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in trade compliance or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in trade compliance
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. trade laws and regulations, CTPAT, WRO and other sanctions related matters
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Customs Broker License (preferred)
• Previous experience managing in a major retail chain environment (preferred)
• Experience working with CBP, OFAC and other government agencies
• Previous experience with trade compliance screening tools to include solution implementation
• Must have at least 3 years of experience leading, developing and motivating a team
