Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) will oversee store processes, ensure compliance and sales standards, and manage a team of store associates. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining a safe and compliant environment, and improving customer experience. The OL is responsible for all operational aspects including opening/closing, training, delegation, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and trustworthiness
