Job Description
The Operations Lead reports to the Operations Manager and supports store processes and an active selling culture by ensuring that all aspects are maintained to documented company standards. The role requires enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
